Dr. Serena Mazzola
Founder
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Serena Mazzola is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of specialized experience in psychological assessment. She began her testing career at the renowned WestCoast Children’s Clinic, where she developed a deep foundation in trauma-informed and neurodevelopmental evaluation. Since then, she has expanded her expertise across clinical, academic, and performance domains, supervising psychological testing for Kaiser Permanente’s postdoctoral residency program and conducting complex assessments for individuals across the lifespan.
Dr. Mazzola currently leads a comprehensive assessment practice alongside Registered Testing Technician Brittany Raciti, providing individually tailored evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. Her clients range from young children being assessed for autism or learning differences, to college students and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, or giftedness, to high-performing professionals seeking a deeper understanding of their cognitive and emotional strengths.
Whether the goal is to clarify a diagnosis, explore accommodations, or unlock greater potential, Dr. Mazzola blends data-driven insight with clinical nuance to deliver feedback that is both actionable and affirming. Her integrative, strengths-based approach ensures each client walks away with a clearer understanding of how their mind works—and how to work with it.

Registered Psychological Testing Technician
Supervised by Dr. Serena Mazzola, PsyD, Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Brittany is a highly skilled Registered Psychological Testing Technician with extensive experience in the administration of empirically validated, gold-standard psychological assessments. Working in close collaboration with Dr. Serena Mazzola, Brittany supports the delivery of comprehensive, insight-driven evaluations across cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, and emotional domains.
With nearly 100 full batteries administered, Brittany brings precision, warmth, and clinical fluency to each assessment. She is proficient in a wide range of standardized tools, including those used to assess attention, executive functioning, memory, and emotional regulation. Her expertise extends beyond test administration—she is also expertly trained in biofeedback and executive functioning enhancement protocols, offering clients additional tools for neurological self-regulation and peak performance.
Brittany remains committed to ongoing professional development, regularly attending the American Psychological Association (APA) conventions to stay current on best practices and emerging research in psychological science.
Scott Mcqueen
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Scott McQueen is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate challenges with clarity, resilience, and a deepened sense of purpose. His clinical work spans children, teens, adults, and families, with a focus on emotional regulation, identity development, life transitions, and interpersonal dynamics.
Drawing from a diverse professional background—including school-based counseling, community mental health, and faith-based settings—Scott brings a calm, grounded presence to the therapy room. His integrative approach incorporates strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and relational modalities, always tailored to the needs and goals of the individual or family he is supporting. Whether helping a child learn to manage big feelings, guiding a teen through social and academic stressors, or walking alongside an adult in search of greater self-awareness, Scott creates a safe and collaborative environment for growth.
Scott is currently pursuing his doctorate in Counselor Education, with a focus on the Townsend Character Model—an approach that emphasizes holistic, community-rooted development and ethical leadership within the field of counseling.
Gabriella snider
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Gabriella Snider is a clinically trained Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides evidence-based, developmentally informed care to children (ages 3+), adolescents, adults, and families. Her therapeutic work is grounded in best practices and draws from empirically supported modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, play therapy strategies, and attachment-focused frameworks.
Gabriella is skilled in supporting individuals through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, and family system dynamics. She is committed to tailoring her approach to meet the needs of each client, recognizing that therapeutic goals must align with each person’s unique context, culture, and strengths.
With experience in both in-person and telehealth settings, Gabriella seamlessly integrates clinical depth with accessibility and flexibility. Her work reflects a strong command of psychological research, a collaborative spirit, and a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship.
