Brittany Raciti

Operations Manager & Registered Psychological Testing Technician

Brittany was born and raised in the East Bay, then traveled to the South Bay where she attended San Jose State University and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Driven by her passion for making a difference, she delved into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services post-graduation. Brittany then pursued further studies, earning an associate degree in early childhood education, and imparting knowledge and energy as a preschool teacher at KLA Schools of Walnut Creek before finding her way to Blackhawk Family Development Center.

Brittany is a “jack-of-all-trades,” primarily working behind the scenes, she provides support to the team at Blackhawk who, in turn, serve the community. Her unwavering dedication to client services beckoned her back to her roots when the opportunity arose to become a Registered Psychological Testing Technician in California. As the second registered technician in the state, Brittany works closely alongside Dr. Serena Mazzola in administering psychological assessments at the clinic.

With a blend of expertise, empathy, and a whole lot of humor and sarcasm, Brittany epitomizes Blackhawk’s commitment to providing exceptional care to each client we serve.

When she’s not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two little kiddos and English bulldog Farley (yes, like Chris Farley), trying new recipes, listening to true crime podcasts, and cheering on her Chicago Bears.
